On a weekly basis, the independent and non-profit internet platform dekoder.org makes texts from independent, liberal Russian media available to a German-speaking audience. At the same time, it makes the reality of Russia accessible to readers through scientific context articles. The aim is to enrich the debates on Russia in German-speaking countries with first-hand journalistic reading. Particular attention is paid to independent internet media that are not financed and controlled by the Russian state. The platform is bilingual and also accessible to a Russian-speaking audience.
