Economic and political expert
Sergej Tschaly (born 1970) is a Belarusian economic and political expert. After completing his physics studies, he joined Alexander Lukashenko’s election campaign team in 1994. After his election victory, Tschaly worked as a financial analyst in the presidential administration until 1998. After leaving this position Tschaly worked in economy. From 2003 the economist Tschaly also started to work as financial expert. Above all, he is renownde nationwide for his video blog on the independent news portal tut.by Tschaly is currently moderating a business program on the Belarusian TV channel Belsat, which is operating from Poland.
