The Internet became THE big thing in the early 90s. So were the historic changes that took place across Europe. The world and Europe seemed to be gearing up for a better future.

The Slovenian artist Vuk Ćosić, founder of the net.art movement, is one of the pioneers of the Internet revolution. He believes that the expectations have not been met and that today both the freedom of the Internet and free society are being compromised.
