WOZ Die Wochenzeitung (The weekly newspaper) is a cooperatively organised nationwide left-wing weekly newspaper in Switzerland based in Zurich. It is published by the infolink cooperative, which consists of employees only. The budget is based on subscriptions, donations and advertisements. In addition to around thirty editors, the WOZ has a very large and broad network of freelance journalists. WOZ texts appear in print and online. The German language edition of Le Monde diplomatique is enclosed with the WOZ once a month, making it part of an international newspaper network.
