Shqipe is freelance journalist, blogger and feminist activist in Kosovo. She has written for Kosovo media outlets for more than five years. She is a regular contributor to Prishtina Insight and Sbunker where she writes on gender, women’s empowerment and human rights. Shqipe Gjocaj works with non-governmental organisations on projects related to the same issues. In 2017, she took part in the Balkan Fellowship for Journalistic Excellence.
