Jan Elantkowski

Art historian and curator

Jan Elantkowski is an art historian, curator based in Budapest. He has published on contemporary art from Central and Eastern Europe and artistic representations of the trauma and the Shoah. He was a teaching assistant at the Institute of Art History at the Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in Budapest (2014-2016) and a teaching and research associate at the Chair of East European Art History at Humboldt University of Berlin (2015-2018). Currently, he works as a curator and art historian in Ludwig Múzeum – Museum of Contemporary Art in Budapest.
